Milwaukee EC Controller Features

The Milwaukee MC745 EC Controller is the perfect choice for growers who care about their plant growth. This dual pump controller helps manage and control the EC of irrigation water for plants, which is essential to ensure healthy and regular growth.

Installation and configuration of the Milwaukee MC745 EC controller:

1. Attach the Milwaukee MC745 EC Controller to the wall near the irrigation water tank using adhesive Velcro or 4 screws.
2. Connect the pump coupling base (colored black and white) to the power.
3. Immerse the tip of the electrode (up to 2.5 cm) into the nutrient mixture using a polyexpan plate to hold it in place.
4. Turn on the monitor by pressing the ON/OFF button.
5. Select the set point using the graduated wheel.

Installation of MP810 dosing pumps:

1. Connect the soft tube (suction tube - left) to the MP810 metering pumps and the filter (white) to the other end of the tube (to prevent suction of solids).
2. Connect rigid tubing to metering pumps (impulse tubing - right) - Optionally use the black thread to connect to a hose.
3. Attach the dosing pumps to the wall or directly to the bottle of Liquid FERTILIZER, in a vertical position in the immediate vicinity of the irrigation water tank.
4. Connect the electrical plug of the dosing pump to the mating socket (white and black) of the Milwaukee MC745 EC controller.

IMPORTANT: For a smooth adjustment of the level of nutrients, it is advisable to dilute the liquid fertilizer with water in a carafe. For example, for a 100 liter tank, dilute 100cl of FERTILIZER in a 5 liter pitcher of water. This data can be adjusted depending on the volume of your tank, the concentration of your fertilizer corrector, and the strength of your recirculation pump or air diffuser stone.
