1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationships between Saucegrowing SRL and any person making a purchase via the site https://www.Saucegrowing.be/.
By placing an order on our site, the buyer accepts these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.

• The photos of the products are non-contractual. Descriptions are provided for information purposes only and may be subject to change.

4. Price

• All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
• Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products and will be calculated when confirming the order.
• The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced at the price displayed at the time of the order.

5. Payment terms

• Orders must be paid by bank transfer.
• Payment information is communicated to the buyer during validation of the order.
• The order will be shipped once payment is received and confirmed.

6. Delivery

• Products are shipped via Bpost, DPD, or Mondial Relay, depending on the buyer's choice.
• Delivery times are estimated between 3 to 20 working days, depending on the destination.
• Delivery delays cannot give rise to damages or order cancellation.
• The buyer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any damage to the carrier within 48 hours.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

• In accordance with European legislation, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal.
• Returns are accepted provided that the products are unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the event of a defective product or error on the part of the seller.

8. Guarantees and liability

• All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
• The seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order in the event of a problem.
