This CFL bulb consumes only 250 watt, it is made for the growth of seedlings and cuttings in a space of up to 1.5m2. Consuming little energy and emitting little heat, it will serve as an alternative to HPS and MH horticultural bulbs known to be energy-intensive. 

Never touch the tubes with your fingers, grab the CFL bulbs by the base. As with MH and HPS bulbs, always switch off and let your CFL lighting cool down before any handling (bulb replacement, watering), a bulb bursts when water (even a micro drop) touches it. Do not throw away your compact fluorescent bulbs at the end of their life, they can be recycled.
