Bactrex is a mixture of 8 different beneficial bacteria, mushroom Trichoderma, and humic acids, to protect the roots against pathogens, convert organic matter into humus, and absorb nitrogen from the air.

Bacteria are single-celled microorganisms that depend on carbon from other systems for their survival. A certain group of bacteria has specialized in obtaining this carbon around the roots of plants (dead root cells, residues of organic materials, etc.).

Bacteria for cultivation

THE rhizobacteria, or root bacteria, improve the assimilation of the minerals phosphorus (P), potassium (K), and calcium (Ca). They capture nitrogen (N) from the atmosphere, and promote the development and symbiosis of mycorrhizae with plant roots.

In addition to these beneficial bacteria, Bactrex also contains different strains of Trichoderma, a family of mushroom which has the characteristic of developing at the expense of other fungi, including some pathogens responsible for diseases.

For this reason, Trichoderma should always be added to the substrate from the start of cultivation, so that they can eliminate these other fungi before they can cause any problems. diseases. Scientific research has shown that the combination of Trichoderma and mycorrhizae makes it possible to combine the advantages of both.

Bactrex is a powder dry, water-soluble, containing high numbers of beneficial root bacteria (including 6 species of the Bacillus spp. family), fungi (Trichoderma), and actinomycètes. These ingredients have been specially selected for their favorable effect on the structure and fertility you substrate.

The rhizobacteria are "packaged" in a soluble extract of Yucca with organic catalysts, in order to guarantee rapid and vigorous colonization of the roots.

Use of Biotabs Bactrex

This root stimulator can be used to protect cuttings, or seeds which have just germinated, against pathogens including Pythium.

Use one teaspoon or one gram per liter of water, this amount can be used to treat up to 50 cuttings or seedlings.
